All Maélia Atelier jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date you receive your order.
What does the Maélia Atelier warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material issues under normal conditions of use.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- damage resulting from normal wear and tear,
- deterioration due to an accident,
- misuse,
- abuse,
- modification,
- attempted repair,
- negligence after purchase,
- the use of inappropriate cleaning methods
We reserve the right to refuse warranty coverage if inspection of the jewelry reveals that the conditions mentioned above have not been met.
